摘  要:介绍了医院人事部门的主要职责、医院人事管理的重点及工作范围的改变,据此论述了医院人力规划的制定,包括医院人力规划的内容及制定医院人力规划应做的工作。There are many constructive suggestions on how to manage, employ and develop medical manpower, e. g., medicine is changing and the training of physicians must change; distribution of physicians in relation to practice type and geographic disposition; training programs are researched on edveloping skills and attitudes that result in the delivery of quality care within the reach of economic limitations of urban and rural areas or of various socioeconomic strata; can and should responsibility for certain types of present and future difficult or advanced medical problems be shifted to physicians with less specialized expertise, and if so, who and how to give them needful training; how will training programs be financed. Although each research project is of limited scope, the total discussion embraces most of the ingredients that are considered by hospital directors and managers.
