摘 要:目的 探讨尿α_1-MG是否反映DDP联合化疗后肾毒性的灵敏又特异的指标;了解不同剂量DDP联合化疗后肾毒性恢复正常所需要的时间。 方法 用放射免疫法测尿α_1-MG/尿Cr的比值在不同剂量DDP为主化疗后肾毒性的临床意义,同时测定血肌酐、尿素氮。 结果 健康人与肿瘤病人尿α_1-MG值无统计学差异(P>0.05);不同剂量DDP组化疗后尿α_1-MG/尿Cr比值增多高于化疗前,化疗后第3d最高,剂量越大比值越高,恢复正常所需时间越长,大剂量组约7~10d恢复至化疗前水平。血BUN、肌酐化疗前后无统计学差异。 结论 尿α_1-MG是测定DDP联合化疗后肾毒性大剂量约7~10d恢复正常。Objectiye: To study whether the urinary α_1-microglobulin(α_1-MG)was a sensitive and specific indictor for the renal damage of combining cisplatin-based chemotherapy and to investigate how long time the renal damage to recover nomal level after chemotherapy with different dose cisplation. Methods The urinary α_1-MG was assayed before and after chemotherapy in the different dose cisplatin groups and also the blood Cr、BUN were assayed. Results urinary α_1l-MG had no statistic difference between the tumor and the healthy groups(P>0.05):The value of the urinary α_1-MG/Cr after chemotherapy was higher than that of before chemotherapy in all the different dose DDP groups,and raised the highest in the third days after therapy. It needed about7-10 days to recover in high dose group. While the plasmaBUN、Cr had no statistic difference between before and after DDP chemotherapy(P>0.05). Conclusion ⑴urinary α_1-MG is a sensitive and reliagble indicator for the renal damage of combining cisplatin-based chemotherapy⑵There is 7-10 days for nephrotoxicity recoveering normal lever in high-dose groups.
