摘  要:目的 研究激动素对肝纤维化的防治作用。方法 以大白鼠为实验对象,采用40%四氯化碳皮下注射,按0.3%ml/100g体重,每周2次,共12周,诱导肝纤维化模型。激动素预防组和治疗组大鼠分别于造模开始时和造模6周后,按0.5mg/100g体重背部皮下注射激动素,1次/d,实验结束后分别测肝功能,肝羟脯氨酸,取肝组织作病理检查。结果 激动素预防组谷丙转氨酶(GPT),肝羟脯氨酸(HYP)与肝纤维化模型组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),激动素治疗组上述指标虽高于正常组,但明显低于肝纤维化模型组(P>0.01),且肝纤维化程度有明显减轻。结论 激动素对实验性肝维化有防治作用。Objective Toinvestigate the effects of prevention and treatment of kinetin on esperimental liver fibrosis in rats. Methond Hepatofibrosis model was induced by subscutaneouse iojecting of 40%CCl4, 0.3ml/100g body weignt, twice a week for twenty weeks. Rats in kinetin prevention group were given kinetin(0.5mg/100g/day) after the sixth week injection of CCl4. The liver function and hydroxyproline levels were tested after the experiment, the pathology examination of liver tissue was also done. Results GPT and HYP levels in kinetin prevention group were significant different from those in hepatofibrosis model group(P<0.05), even though the GPT and HYPlevels in kinetin treatment group were higher than those in controled grop, they were significantly lower than those in hepatofibrosis model group(P<0.01) and the level of liver fibrosis was also significantly weakened. Conclusion Kinetin can prevent and delay the development of hepatofibrosis induced by CCl4.
