北京地区精神分裂症患者家属情感表达内容的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨北京地区精神分裂症患者家属情感表达的种类、对患者的监护水平、对精神疾病认识和受歧视的体验。方法 采用费氏 CFI－ CV访谈提纲，对 216例精神分裂症患者家庭中的 355名亲属进行访谈，按标准进行评定。结果 有一种或一种以上的高情感表达 170例。女性的情感过份参入明显多于男性。家属的监护水平以主动关心为主；他们的精神疾病知识极少；患者受歧视的体验明显高于家属。结论 北京地区精神分裂症家属情感表达的种类和国外研究的结果相似，但情感过分参入偏高于国内研究报告。 CFI－ CV使我们对精神分裂症家庭增加了新的了解，可为今后开展家庭治疗提供有用的依据。Objective To explore the classification of the expressed emotion in the family members of schizophrenic patients in Beijing.Method Using the Phillips' CFI－ CV interview outline, 355 relatives out of 216 schizophrenic families were interviewed.Result 170 persons were evaluated as high expressed emotion. The supervision level of the family was mainly to concern the patients actively. The relatives had little knowledge about mental illness.The patients have more experiences of suffering discrimination than the relatives, especially the female relatives.Conclusion The results of classification of expressed emotion in the family members of schizophrenic patients in Beijing are similar to the ones from abroad. The reason for that higher emotional over－ involvement evaluation than the ones in domestic research report is probably because that the sample is mainly related to the downtown citizens. CFI－ CV caused us to add new comprehending content to schizophrenic family, it can provide scientific data for psychological intervention of family members.
