环磷酰胺等6种药物联合治疗34例晚期乳腺癌

摘　　要：目的 :观察环磷酰胺、甲氨蝶呤、氟尿嘧啶、平阳霉素、顺氯氨铂、强的松联合 (CMFBDP方案 )治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法 :34例临床Ⅲ、Ⅳ期乳腺癌患者行CMFBDP联合方案为主的治疗。结果 :初治组有效率 80 % ,复治组有效率 6 5 5 %。毒副反应主要为恶心呕吐。结论 :CMFBDP联合化疗方案治疗晚期乳腺癌是有效和安全的。Purpose:To observe the curative effects and side effects obtained from combined chemotherapy of advanced breast cancer with 'CMFBDP'.Methods:Thirty four cases with stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ breast cancer were treated with the combined chemotherapy of 'CMFBDP'.Results:The response rate in primary treatment patients was 80%. The response rate in recurrent patients was 65.5%. The major side effect was nausea and vomiting. Conclusions:The combined chemotherapy of CMFBDP is an effective and safe treatment in advanced breast cancer
