摘  要:目的 探讨作者研制的氟-肝素表面修饰人工晶状体(F-HSM IOL)的生物相容性。方法 F-HSM IOL及PMMA人工晶状体(PMMA IOL)各32枚植入兔眼。利用计算机图像分析仪对人工晶状体表面细胞构成、各种细胞平均面积、细胞总面积覆盖率和细胞密度进行分析。结果 F-HSM IOL及PMMA IOL表面细胞均以巨噬细胞为主。 F-HSM10L组各种细胞平均面积小于PMMA IOL组,细胞总面积覆盖率和细胞密度均低于PMMA IOL,两组有显著差别,P<0. 05 。结论 氟一肝素表面修饰人工晶状体有较好的生物相容性。ObjectiveTo study the biocompatibility of the F-heparin surface modified intraocular lens(F-HSM IOL) designed by the authors.Methods32 F-HSM IOL and 32 PMMA IOL were implanted into the rabbits’ eyes.Constitution and mean area of various kinds of cells on the surfaces of intraocular lens,percentage of total area of covering cells,as well as density of cells were studied using computerized image analyser.ResultsThere were chiefly macrophages on the surface of both F- HSM IOL and PMMA IOL.The mean area of cells,the total area of covering cells and desity of cells on the F-HSM IOL were significantly smaller (P.<0.05) than those on the PMMA IOL. Conclusion The F-HSM IOL seems to possess better biocompatibility.
