摘　　要：可持续发展是人类对发展过程的反思和旧的发展观的扬弃。中国走可持续发展之路。既是我国的特殊国情和发展背景的需要 ,同时也是改革开放的需要。实施可持续发展 ,必须注意实现经济发展、资源利用和社会进步的可持续发展 ,必须转变经济增长方式 。SDS is the reflection on the development course by man and the sublation of old nereloping conception.It is both necessary for the special situations in China and for our reform and open policy. To carry out the strategy, the economic growth, resources utilization, and the sustainable development of social progress must be attained. The pattern of economic increase must be changed, efc.
