摘　　要：石油化工领域常常需要为新生产装置研制开发相应的仿真软件 ,而开发这类软件要用到大量的工艺流程图。在化工工艺流程图中 ,各种容器是以图形构件来描述的 ,因此绘制图形构件是作图过程中较关键的工作。介绍了一种石油化工仿真工艺流程图绘制平台的设计与实现方法 ,该系统是以可重用图形构件库为核心的集成化支撑环境 ,通过利用图形构件的定义、生成、组织、检索、重用 ,可解决在工业过程中的图形组态自动生成和整体工艺流程图绘制问题。在绘制构件中 ,为了使工作高效 ,坐标位置准确 ,几何约束是不可缺少的。系统采用了几何约束、构件关联等技术 ,具有人机界面友好。This paper introduces a method of designing automatic production system of graphic configuration in chemical industry process control. This system is an integrated support environment based on reusable graphic components, which can resolve the automatic production problem of graphic configuration through effective use of defining, producing, organizing, retrieving and reusing the graphic components. The geometric constraints are necessary for working effectively and getting accurate coordinates, and the system has friendly interface and flexibility with the techniques of geometric constraints and related graphic components.
