摘　　要：目的 :研究鸦胆子油乳对膀胱癌细胞的作用 ,探讨其抑制膀胱癌的机制。 方法 :将 5 μl/ml鸦胆子油乳作用于人BIU 87膀胱癌细胞 ,利用流式细胞仪和透射电子显微镜分析和观察作用结果。 结果 :鸦胆子油乳阻止BIU 87膀胱癌细胞由G0 /G1周期进入S期 ,并诱导人BIU 87膀胱癌细胞的凋亡。 结论 :鸦胆子油乳抗癌作用机制之一是诱导人BIU 87膀胱癌细胞的凋亡。Objective:To study the mechanisms of inhibtion of Brucea Javanica oil emulsion upon human urinary bladder cancer Methods:Using electron microscopy and flow cytometry,the effects of Brucea Javanica oil emulsion on human bladder cancer cell line BIU-87 cell in vitro were studied.Results:Brucea Javanica oil emulsion inhibited human bladder cancer cell line BIU-87 cells by preventing the cells from G 0/G 1 phase to S phase and induced apoptosis.Conclusion:The induction of apoptosis is a very important mechanism of Brucea Javanica oil emulsion in the treatment of urinary bladder cancer.
