摘　　要：目的：研究苏合香β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺。方法：采用均匀设计法筛选优化出最佳制备条件,在此条件下分别采用5种不同的包合方法制备苏合香β-环糊精包合物。结果：采用球磨法制备苏合香β-环糊精包合物,其苏合香的包合率达82.12%,高于其他几种制备方法。结论：在本实验考察范围内,球磨法为最佳制备方法。OBJECTIVE：To study the preparation of Styrax -β-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes.METHODS：An optimal condition was established by the uniform des ign.Under the optimal conditions the Styrax -β-cyclodextrin inclusion comp lexes were prepared with 5 different method.RESULTS：The Styrax inclusion rate(82.12%) of Styrax -β-cyclodextrin prepared with ball grinding method was the highest.CONCLUSIONS：Ball grinding method is the best method.
