摘　　要：对３４例涎腺粘液表皮佯癌的临床诊断与病理分型及误诊作了回顾性分析。指出正确的诊断是治疗本病的关键，并认为特殊临床表现的病例易误诊，中、高度恶性者复发率高。对诊断、误诊、治疗和预后等作了讨论。Abstract The clinic diagnosis and pathologic type and misdiagnosis of 34 cases of mucoepidermoid car-cinoma of salivary gland have been reviewed.It was pointed out that diagnosis was most impor-tant for treatment.The classification of special clinic feature would make a mistake at diagnosis of the patients.Middle and high degree of mal ignant type of tumor were recurrence easy,The diag-nosis,treatrment and prognosis were discussed in this paper.
