摘　　要：在共同贪污犯罪中 ,确定各共犯成员的刑事责任 ,应着重以刑法中的共犯原理为基础 ,根据各共犯成员的不同情况作出定量分析 。To determine the criminal responsibilities of the offenders in the common corruption crimes,we should mainly base our judgement on the principles of common crimes and take the concrete situations of every offender into consideration as well,by which we may make a quantitative analysis and distinguish the principals and accessories in such crimes.
