摘　　要：我国不安抗辩权的概念与德国、法国和台湾地区的不安抗辩权的比较 ,以及与英美法系的预期违约的比较。不安抗辩权的行使 。The author compares the inassured pleadings right of Germany,France,Taiwan with that of our country,and the anticipatory breach of contract in Anglo-American law system for that matter.Then he lay an emphasis on the exercises of inassured pleadings right,that is, its important components and exceptions.
