摘　　要：总结我院１０年经胃镜检出的消化性溃疡（十二指肠溃疡、胃溃疡、复合性溃疡）３１８３例，对其检出率、性别、年龄、发病季节及溃疡部位分布等情况进行分析，以期在目前人群普查困难的情况下寻找本地区消化性溃疡可能的临床临行病学特点。The incidence rate, sex, age, attacking season and location of peptic ulcer in 3 183 cases were analyzed, including duodenal, gastric and compound ulcers diagnosed by means of gastroendoscopy in this hospital in the past 10 years. The study aims at the possible clinical epidemiological characteristics of peptic ulcer in spite of the difficult survey of the disease in the local community at present.
