胶原溶液预防大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤的作用

摘　　要：目的：通过束缚冷冻大鼠模型，观察急性胃粘膜病变过程及胶原溶液的预防效果。方法：采用胃粘膜电位差测定、血流量测定、损伤指数的判定及胃液Ｈ＋浓度测定和胃粘膜亚硝酸根含量测定等，进行综合分析评价。结果：试验组大鼠胃粘膜电位差，血流量及ＮＯ浓度显著下降，Ｈ＋浓度及胃粘膜损伤指数明显上升。预防组大鼠上述各项检查测指标均有不同程度的改善与缓解（Ｐ＜０．０１或０．０５）。结论：血液灌流不足导致的缺血缺氧是冷束缚应激引起胃粘膜损伤的一个重要因素。胶原溶液能够保护胃粘膜屏障的完整性，缓冲胃酸，促进血小板凝聚，减轻各种因素对胃粘膜的直接损伤。Objective: To investigate the preventive effects of collagen solution on acute injury of the gastric mucous membrane. Methods: After the bound and frozen model was established in rats, the blood flow, H+ concentration, damage index and NO concentration in the gastric mucous membrane were determined. Results: In the experimental group, the potential differences, blood flow and NO concentration in the gastric mucous membrane were significantly decreased while the H+ concentration and damage index in it significantly increased. Administration of collagen solution to the rats in the experimental group beforehand resulted in the restoration of the above indices (P<0.01 or 0.05). Conclusion: The ischemia and hypoxia caused by insufficient blood perfusion is one of the important factors in the pathogenesis of injury of the gastric mucous membrane induced with bound and frozen irritation. Administration of collagen solution to the rats can prevent the direct injury of various factors to the gastric mucous membrane through maintaining the intactness of the gastric mucous membrane, buffering gastric acid, improving coacervation of the platelets and increasing the cellular DNA content.
