426例眼外伤临床分析

摘　　要：本文报道了１９８０～１９８９年１０年间南充地区４２６例眼外伤住院患者的临床分析，眼外伤病例占住院总数的１７．６２％；男性明显多子女性，２１～４０岁的壮劳力最多；工人、农民最多，致伤物多为铁屑；伤后就诊时间多在２天以上。结果表明，除应积极广泛地在青壮年工人、农民与少年儿童中开展眼外伤防护知识与自救方法的教育外，尽快大力培养基层医院眼科技术力量队伍与购置必要的眼科设备是各级卫生职能部门与政府有关部门的当务之急。This paper reports the clinical analysis of 426 cases with external eye injury in Nanchong region, Sichuan, from 1980 to 1989. The patients with external eye injuries made up 17. 62% of impatients. Apparently there were more male patients than female ones and most of whom were robust, young people between the age of 21 and 24 workers and farmers; These external eye injuries were mostly caused by iron filings and the pationts went to see a doctor for diagnosis and treatment more than 2 days after their eyes were injured. The results showed that in addition to the enhancement of education of external eye injury prevention and self-salvage among young workers. farmers and children. it is quite necessary for the hygienical and governmental administrations to train tech cally ophthalmological personnel in the elementary hospitals and install necessary ophthalmological instruments as soon as possible.
