摘　　要：介绍了血管内皮生长因子 ( VEGF)、癌基因 C- erb B- 2的正常结构、作用、作用机理 ,以及 VEGF、C- erb B- 2在肿瘤 ,特别是胃癌组织中的表达及意义。两者均与胃癌的生长、浸润、转移有关 ,可望成为监测胃癌生物学行为和预后的重要指标。The normal structures and mechanisms of vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) and C- erb B- 2 oncogene are stated.Their expressions and significances in neoplasm,especially in gastric carcinoma are stressed.They are related to the growth, invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.VEGF or C- erb B- 2 will become the important predictors and supervisors for the biological behavior and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
