食管癌高发区磁县居民硒铜锌水平的研究

摘　　要：磁县位于河北省南部，是食管癌高发区，１９８０年公布该地区中国标化死亡率男性为１３２．０８／１０万，女性为６７．８９／１０万。对磁县居民的血清硒、铜、锌水平进行分析，并与当地食管贲门癌及重增患者做比较，结果提示硒、铜、锌在食管癌的发生、发展及预防、治疗和诊断中可能发挥重要作用。Chixian County is the highest area esophagus cancer incidence rate.The county lies at the southest part within Hebei province.The standardized mortality rate of male and female in 1980 was 132.08/10 and 67.89/10 respectively.The authors measured Serum level of Se,Cu,Zn of esophagus,marked epithelium hyperplasia patients and normal controls.Results indicated that Se,Cu,Zn play an important role in the developing process of esophagus cancer.
