眼压已控制的晚期青光眼治疗的探讨

摘　　要：为探讨对眼压已控制的晚期青光眼的治疗,1989年以来,对21例(27只眼)经小梁切除术后平均2.4±3.1年(2月～14年)的62±13.1岁(22～81岁)患者,术后不用降眼压药物,24小时眼压各项值均≤2.79kPa的原发性青光眼,经用云南省民间草药益脉康片治疗2～6月。结果显示:治疗后视野提高率为22.8%;各疗程治疗后与治疗前的视野比较均有显著性差异(p<0.01),且视野净增值与疗程数间呈显著相关(r=0.852)。21 patients (27 eyes) with primary glaucoma and after trabeculectomy averaged 2.4 years and the IOP of diurnal flactuation lower than 2.79kPa without medication taken erigeron brevicapas handmass (EBHM), a herb drug from Yunnan Province, orally for 2. to 6 months. After treatment, the results revealed the improvement of the visual field was found between the improvement of VF and the number of the treating courses (r=0.85) was noticed. The results of pharmacological investigation showed that the major effective component of EBHM is breviscapine which could have vascular dilation, the volum of the arterial circulation the resistant of peripheral vessels reduction. These are the possible mechanism of EBHM to improve the visual function after the IOP was controlled within normal limits in late stage glaucoma.
