摘 要:目的 :初步研究戴用义齿后义齿基托对口腔粘膜微环境的影响。方法 :对 2 0例上颌可摘局部义齿配戴者基托承托区与非承托区腭粘膜菌丛进行了培养分析。结果 :链球菌为上述部位粘膜优势菌 ;基托承托区链球菌、乳杆菌、放线菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、念珠菌的检出率与基托非承托区相比无显著差异 ;但基托承托区链球菌、乳杆菌、放线菌占兼性厌氧可培养总菌百分比值较基托非承托区粘膜显著上升 ,奈瑟氏菌占需氧可培养总菌百分比值较基托非承托区粘膜显著下降。结论 :义齿基托对口腔粘膜微生态确实存在着较大的影响。Objective:To explore the influence of denture base on the oral mucosal micro-ecosystem preliminarily after patients wearing dentures.Methods:We cultured and analysed the palatal mucosal flora of denture-bearing and non-denture-bearing areas in twenty upper removable partial denture wearers.Results:Streptococcus was predominant.The isolation frequencies of Streptococcus,Lactobacillus,Actinomyces,Neisseria,Staphylococcus Aureus and Candida had no significant difference between denture-bearing and non-denture-bearing areas In denture-bearing areas the percentage of Streptococcus,Lactobacillus,Actinomyces contrasted with the total culturable facultative anaerobes increased significantly,while the percentage of Neisseria contrasted with the total culturable aerobes decreased significantly.Conclusion:Denture bases have quite great effects on the oral mucosal micro-ecosystem.
