摘　　要：目的 :探讨在Edgewise技术中缩短疗程的方法。方法 :将 40例Angle Ⅰ 、Ⅱ1类错畸形伴上颌切牙唇侧倾斜明显患者分为两组 ,用澳丝或方丝关闭拔牙间隙 ,观察所需的时间。结果 :结果显示澳丝关闭拔牙间隙组疗程明显短于方丝关闭拔牙间隙组。结论 :提示对于Angle Ⅰ、Ⅱ1类错畸形伴上颌切牙唇侧倾斜明显患者 ,可以用澳丝关闭拔牙间隙 ,缩短疗程 ,达到理想治疗效果。Objective:To study the methods of the decreasing treatment duration in Edgewise technique.Methods:Dividing forty cases with Class Ⅰ or Ⅱ 1 malocclusion with maxillary incisor labial inclination into two groups,to compare the time of closing extraction space with the Australian wire to that with the rectangular wire.Results:Showing that the treatment duration of closing extraction space with Australian wire is less than that with rectangular wires.Conclusion:For Class Ⅰ or Ⅱ 1 malocclusion cases,we can use Australian wire to close extraction space,decreasing the treatment duration and leading to ideal treatment effect.
