摘　　要：目的 :探讨幽门螺杆菌与复发性口腔溃疡的相关性。方法 :采用 1∶1配对的方法 ,用PCR法分别检测 10 2例ROU患者及对照组口腔中幽门螺杆菌 ,调查铋制剂治疗组和常规治疗组的治疗效果。结果 :实验组和对照组HP的检测结果和治疗结果均具有显著性差异。结论 :HP参与了ROU的致病过程 ,抑或是加强了其它因素的致病过程。Objective:To investigate the relationship between HP and ROU.Methods:The study was done with one to one paired,HP was tested by PCR in 102 patients with ROU and normal in the control group.Results:The difference of HP infection between the patients and the control is significant;the therapeutic effect is also of significant difference between treating with bismuth and routine treatment.Conclusion:HP participates the formation of ROU or it increases the pathogenic effect of other factors.
