紫外线照射充氧自血回输对脑梗死患者淋巴细胞免疫表型的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察紫外线照射充氧自血回输疗法 (UBIO)对脑梗死患者外周血淋巴细胞免疫表型的影响并探讨UBIO作用机制。方法　采用流式细胞术 (FCM )对 30例脑梗死患者UBIO治疗前后外周血淋巴细胞免疫表型变化进行观察 ,并与 30例常规药物治疗组 (对照组 )相比较。结果　UBIO组治疗 1个疗程后CD4 (4 0 .92± 6 .97) %较治疗前 (37.11± 7.0 2 ) %有明显升高 (t=- 2 .10 9,P <0 .0 5 ) ,CD2 5(13.38± 3.2 6 ) % ,治疗后为 (11.12± 4.2 5 ) % ,有明显下降 (t=2 .3111,P <0 .0 5 ) ,对照组治疗前后差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。CD3 、CD8、CD4 /CD8、CD16+CD56两组治疗前后差异无显著性。结论　UBIO治疗对改善脑梗死患者的免疫功能紊乱有积极的意义。Objective To observe the effect of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation(UBIO) on the immuno-expression types of peripheral lymphocytes in cerebral infarction (CI) patients and explore it's mechanism.Methods The immuno-expression types of peripheral lymphocytes were detected by Flow cytometry before and after the UBIO treatment in 30 CI patients ,and compared with another 30 CI patients treated by conventional medications.Results After a period of UBIO treatment,CD 4 was from (37.11± 7.02)% up to(40.92±6.97)%significantly ,CD 25was from (13.38±3.26)% down to( 11.12±4.25)% (t=2.311 1,P<0.05),but CD 3、CD 8、CD 4/CD 8,CD 16+CD 56 in the two groups had no great differences.(P>0.05).Conclusion UBIO has positive clinical effect in improving immuno-function disorders for CI patients.
