摘　　要：目的 :观察Sprague -Dawley (SD)大鼠骨骼肌钝挫伤后组织修复过程中局部内源性胰岛素样生长因子mR NA的表达情况。方法 :雄性SD大鼠腓肠肌钝挫伤后不同时期处死取材 ,分别进行组织学和超微结构观察 ,作逆转录-聚合酶链反应 (RT -PCR)分析。结果 :IGF -ImRNA含量在伤后 2、3、4、6、9、14天升高 ,IGF -II 3、4、6、9天升高 ;光镜及电镜发现大鼠腓肠肌局部充血、水肿、变性 ,部分肌纤维和肌丝紊乱、断裂。伤后 1天 ,肌纤维崩解、碎裂 ,许多炎症细胞吞噬碎片。 4天 ,出现大量成肌细胞核 ,有肌管形成。 14天 ,肌管融合成肌纤维 ,有部分胶原纤维疤痕形成。结论 :SD大鼠骨骼肌钝挫伤后修复过程中有内源性IGFmRNA的表达 ,与修复有关。Purpose To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factors(IGF)during regeneration following skeletal muscles contusion in Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats.Methods Male SD rats were used to make contusion healing model and were killed in different time and specimens were possessed for histological and ultrastructural observation as well as reverse transcription(RT)and polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Results IGF-I mRNA was increased at day 2,3,4,6,9,14 after tauma, IGF-II mRNA was increased at day 3,4,6,9 after tauma. The gastrocnemius had congestion,edema and rupture after trauma. At day 1, inflammation cells licked up the patches. At day 4, myoblasts appeared and myotubes formed. At day 14, myotubes fused into myofibres, scars existed. Conclusion IGF-I mRNA was expressed during regeneration following seletal muscle contusion and related to the healing process.
