摘　　要：目的　研究泽泻的对照品 ,建立泽泻药材质量控制指标。方法　以药理活性、成分分析为指标 ,筛选泽泻的对照品 ,并从泽泻药材中分离、制备 ,用紫外光谱、红外光谱、质谱和氢谱对其进行了结构鉴定。结果　从泽泻成分中筛选出2 3 乙酰泽泻醇B为对照品。结论　该对照品可作为控制泽泻质量的指标成分。OBJECTIVE To investigate into the check samples of Rhizoma Alismatis and establish the quality control standard for Rhizoma Alismatis as the medicinal material. METHOD The check samples of Rhizoma Alismatis were screened out with reference to the pharmacological properties and component analysis, which were isolated and prepared followed by structure identification with ultraviolet spectra, infrared spectra, mass spectra and hydrogen spectra.RESULT Alisol B 23-acetate was screened out as the check sample of Rhizoma Alismatis. CONCLUSION This check sample can serve as an index in the quality control of Rhizoma Alismatis.
