摘　　要：果胶及果胶钙作为缓、控释制剂的载体 ,具有定位准确、不受体内因素影响、缓释程度易控制等优点。本文介绍了果胶及果胶钙用于结肠定位释药系统和缓释制剂的最新进展及展望。Pectinate and calcium pectinate as the carriers of delayed and controlled release drug delivery system have many advantages such as site-specific delivery, elimination of the effects of physiological condition, easily-controlled release, et al. In this paper, pectinate and calcium pectinate for colonic drug delivery and for sustained release formulation were reviewed, and the latest development and prospect in the related research were also introduced.
