摘　　要：响应矩阵法所形成的约束条件矩阵较嵌入法要小的多 ,加之直接实现管理决策目标 ,是管理模型建立及求解的有效方法。重点单值法对奇点的处理和时域上拉普拉斯变换解法 ,使边界元法较其他数值法更适于求解响应函数。Restrict condition matrix by response matrix method is much smaller than by embed method and also because management decision-making object is directly implemented.Therefore response matrix method is efficiency for foundation and solution of hydraulics management moded.Boundary element method is more suitable than by other numerical method for soling the response function by using the odd dot treating with double dot single value method and Laplace transform for time.
