青少年牙周炎与口腔螺旋体及梭形杆菌感染的关系

摘　　要：由40例80个牙位的青少年牙周炎患者(实验组)的龈下菌斑标本中分离出小齿密螺旋体19株(包括3株口腔螺旋体),大齿密螺旋体4株,疏螺旋体4株,梭形杆菌21株.而40例80个牙位的口腔系学生(对照组)的牙周袋及龈沟标本中,仅分离出螺旋体2株及梭形杆菌3株,两者之间差异有高度显著性.说明青少年牙周炎与螺旋体和梭形杆菌的感染关系非常密切.并对分离出的菌株进行了常用抗菌素的药敏试验.Periodontal pocket specimen of 40 juvenile periodontitis patients(JP)and gingival crevice specimen of 40 normal juveniles(NJ)were studied.Form the 40 JP,27 strain anaerobic oral s pirochaetes(67.5%)and 21 strain fusobaeteri- um(52.5%)were isolated,and from the 40 NJ,2 strain spirochaetes(5%) and 3 strain fusobacterium(7.5%)were isolated.This study shows that there is a close relationship between JP and the infection of spirochaete and fusobaeterium.
