摘 要:本文用跳台主动回避反应,结合一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性测定和神经元型NOS(nNOS)蛋白表达的免疫印迹检测等方法,探讨老年小鼠学习记忆障碍与一氧化氮(NO)生成的关系。结果表明,与青年(A)组小鼠比较,老年小鼠可以分为学习记忆正常(B)组和学习记忆障碍(C)组。C组前脑的NOS活性和nNOS蛋白水平都明显低于A组或B组。结果提示老年脑内NO生成的减少可能是老年期学习记忆障碍的分子机制之一。The relationship between learning and memory deficit in aged mice and nitric oxide (NO) production was studied with stepdown active avoidance response and examination of the activity of NO synthase (NOS) as well as analysis of the expression of neuronal NOS (nNOS) by Western blot. Results showed that the aged mice could divided into memory normal (B) and memory deficit (C) groups as compared to the young mice (A) group.The NOS activity and the nNOS protein level in the forebrain were obviously lower in C group when compared with A or B group. Results suggest that the reduction of NO in the brain may be involved in the molecular machenism of the learning and memory deficit in aging.
