N-十二烷基月桂酰胺基淀粉的合成与性能

摘　　要：在催化剂存在下 ,以淀粉为主要原料 ,经胺化和酰化两步反应合成了新型表面活性剂 N十二烷基月桂酰胺基淀粉 ,由正交试验确定的优化合成反应条件为 :n (淀粉 )∶ n (十二胺 )∶ n (月桂酸 ) =1∶ 1∶ 1 ,催化剂 HB 3的质量分数为 1 .5% ,催化剂 HB 4的质量分数为 0 .5% ,反应温度为 60℃ ,胺化反应时间为 4h,酰化反应时间为 2 h,酰化反应介质 p H值为 7。产物经性能测试和红外光谱表征。A new type of surfactant Ndodecyl lauroamidostarch was synthesized by using starch as the main feedstock throngh twostep reactions of aminotion and acylation in presence of catalysts. The optimal technological conditions determined by orthogonal experiments were as follows: n(starch) ∶n(dodecylamine)∶n(lauric acid)=1∶1∶1, w(catayst HB3)= 1.5%, w(catayst HB 4)= 0.5%, reaction temperature 60 ℃, the amination reaction time 4 h, the acylation reaction time 2 h, pH of acylation medium 7. The product was characterized by physical and chemical characters and IR spectra.
