摘　　要：产权是构成社会经济制度的基础元素 ,是市场交易有序运行的基本前提。通过对马克思的产权理论与西方现代产权理论的比较分析 。Property right is the basical element to constitute the social economic system as well as the basical presupposition for the market transaction to be operated orderly.Through a comparative analysis of Marx's property right theory and the western contemporary property right theory,it will provide a beneficial enlightenment to China's economic reform and China's market economic construction.
