履带摩擦副的失效分析研究

摘　　要：本文对坦克履带销与履带板这一对钢摩擦副的服役条件及性能要求,履带摩擦副的匹配,履带销的强度、韧性、耐磨三者的匹配以及目前这对摩擦副的用钢情况及热处理工艺的弊端等问题进行分析研究后,提出了提高这一对钢摩擦副使用寿命的途径,为热处理工艺优化设计提供了理论依据.In this paper, the condition of service and employ request of rubbing piece formed by tank catepillar pin and tank caterpillar plank, the coordination of tank caterpillar pin strength, tenacity and capacity against rubbing away, the materials used in the rubbing piece and the disadvantages of the conventional heat treatment technology are studied. The way is proposed to prolong the lifetime of the rubbing piece, and the theoretical basis of optimal designs in heat treatment is set up.
