摘  要:SHAAN6-17 and 2-17-20, two moniliformin producing segregants of Fusarium subglutinans, were obtained by isolating single spores from SHAAN6 and 2-17 respectively. SHAAN6-17 forms sectors frequently but 2-17-20 does not. Ninety-five segregants were isolated from SHAAN6-17 by isolating single spores. All these segregants continued forming sectors and also maintained their ability of producing moniliformin. When cultivated under different pH, from 5.0 to 9.0, there were no significant differences among the segregants in sector formation. At last, by using CF11 cellulose method a kind of dsRNA was purified from SHAAN6-17, but this dsRNA was not purified from 2-17-20.
