摘　　要：对干扰素工程菌PBV32 0 / 7118 α2a型发酵工艺 ,由批式培养改为反馈式流加培养〔1〕 可显著提高工程菌PBV32 0 / 7118 α2a在Abstruct: In this report the improvement of recombinant Interferon PBV320/7118 α 2a fermentation procedure was carried out by the Feedback batch operation in place of the Semi batch operation.Both the yeild of bacterial cells and expression level of the recombinant α 2a were significantly increased in a fermenter.
