摘  要:应用斜生栅藻 (ScenedesmusObliquus)对重金属污染土壤的毒性进行诊断 .结果表明 ,斜生栅藻的生长率与土壤中的重金属含量明显相关 ,并且随重金属投加量的增加而逐渐降低 .对两种测试参数进行比较 ,发现采用细胞数生长率作为土壤毒性的检测指标要比采用光密度D(λ)增长率更为敏感 .当采用细胞数生长率作为检测指标时 ,4种重金属的EC50 顺序为 :Pb >Cu >Zn >Cd;采用光密度生长率作为检测指标时 ,4种重金属的EC50 顺序为 :Pb>Cu >Cd >Zn.复合污染情况下 ,由于金属间的协同作用 ,使土壤的毒性比单一重金属污染时有明显增强 ,从而为污染土壤的优先修复提供了理论依据 .图 5表 2参Scenedesmus obliquus growth inhibition test was used to test the toxicity of soil contaminated by heavy metals. It was showed that the growth rate of Scenedesmus obliquus was positively related with the concentration of heavy metals added to soil. The data also showed that the growth rate decreased with the increasing of heavy metals added to soil. Two parameters were chosen and the sensitivity was compared. It was found that the cell growth rate was more sensitive than D(λ) growth rate. The orders of general detection limit by EC 50 of the 4 metals were Pb>Cu>Zn>Cd using D(λ) growth, while Pb>Cu>Cd>Zn using cell growth rate as test level. This study also indicated under complex pollution conditions, the toxicity of heavy metals in soil was stronger than that in the soil only contaminated by single element. Fig 5, Tab 2, Ref 17
