摘　　要：目的 :观察因化学性烧伤后的眼球表面疾病治疗效果。方法 :采用角膜缘上皮移植和选择性联合羊膜移植治疗眼化学性烧伤。结果 :形成了稳定的眼球表现 ,视力均有不同程度提高。结论 :本术式针对眼化学烧伤能有效修复角膜缘缺损 ,重建眼球表面而获理想临床疗效。Objective: To treat the ocular surface disorders of chemical burns. Methods: Limbal epithelial transplantation and alternative combination amniotic membrane transplantation were applied in the treatment of chemical burned cornea. Results: After the operation,a firm oculer surface was formed and the vision improved. Conclusion:This technique is effective in the surface reconstruction of the chemical burned cornea.
