垂直部分喉切除保留喉发音功能的临床应用研究

摘　　要：采用单侧双蒂肌膜瓣、单侧甲状软骨外膜 ,对 30例喉癌患者垂直部分喉切除术后喉腔进行Ⅰ期重建修复术 .术后平均随访 1a ,患者均能进行日常语言交流 ,未见肿瘤复发 ,拔管率 93 % .表明垂直部分喉切除Ⅰ期喉腔重建术 ,既能有效切除肿瘤 ,又能较满意地重建术后发音功能 ,具有良好的临床应用前景 .The bi-pedicled muscular flap of strap muscle and perichondrium were used for the reconstruction of the larynx after vertical hemilaryngectomy. All the patients can restore a basic function of language communication. The mean time of one years follow-up after the operation shows that there is no tumor recurr ence and the decannulation rate is 93%. The result shows that the vertical hemilaryngectomy with reconstruction of the larynx at the same time can both effectively treat the tumor and restore the phonation, and it is a useful method in theclinic.
