广西壮族正常青少年模型测量研究

摘　　要：目的　得出广西壮族正常牙合青少年的冠宽、冠高、牙量分析指数的均值及标准差 ,并与其它地区、民族的资料进行对比研究 ,检验常用牙量分析方法的临床价值。方法　取广西境内壮族正常牙合青少年牙牙合模型10 0副 (男女各 5 0 ) ,在模型上进行所需数据的测量 ,测量结果进行统计学处理并与国内外的相关资料进行对比研究。结果　壮族人的冠宽与藏族人的最接近 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但冠高小于藏族人 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;Pont指数、Bolton分析男女无差异 ;Pont指数各种族、民族间差异较大 ,而Bolton全牙比相互间差异最小 ;上下前牙量、上下全牙量 ,切牙量与侧方牙量间存在高度正相关关系 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　人类的牙冠形态、牙量分析指数存在着人种差异 ,建立各民族各地区的正常值有利于临床实际运用 ;Bolton分析、Moyers分析有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To establish the norms with deviation of the crown width,crown length and interarch tooth size ratios of Zhuangzu adolescents with normal occlusion,analyse the difference between different regions or nationalities,determine the reliability of some methods of analysis in tooth size.Methods 100(50 males,50 femals)dental models of Zhuangzu adolescents with normal occlusion in Guangxi Zhuangzu autonomous region were collected,each case was measured and the data were analysed with statistic methods and compared with that of different groups.Results The crown width of Zhuangzu was most similar to that of Tibetan(P> 0.05),but the crown length was smaller than Tibetan's(P< 0.05),there were no significant sexual differences in both Pont's index and Bolton's analysis,there was great difference in Pont's index in different groups but smallest in over-all teeth size ratio of Bolton's analysis.The correlation analysis of interarch tooth size reveal that there were significant positive relationships between upper anterior teech group and lower anterior teeth group,upper over-all teeth group and lower’s,incisor teeth group and lateral teeth group(P< 0.01).Conclusion Racial variation exists in the aspect of tooth crown and tooth size ratios,norms of each region and nationality have to be established to match the need of clinical treatment.Both Bolton's and Moyers' analysis are valubale to clinical application.
