摘  要:目的评价不同治疗距离、时间和介质对915MHz微小辐射器有效加温深度(EHD)的影响。材料与方法实验用江汉保体模,测温用BSD高阻导线测温仪,治疗距离为1cm、5cm、16cm、32cm,时间1~10分钟。在辐射器与体模之间的偶合介质有空气(AIR)、蒸馏水(DW)、自来水(TW)、低渗盐水(LOWS,生理盐水和蒸馏水各半)、生理盐水(NS)和甘油(GL)。结果在同样的治疗距离时,介质是EHD的第一重要因素,蒸馏水和自来水的EHD几乎相同约3cm,空气最差小于2cm,生理盐水、低渗盐水居中,甘油与空气相近。结论改变治疗距离、时间对EHD影响不大。水是最好的偶合介质,具有最大的EHD和表面冷却作用。Purpose To evaluate the impact of treatment distance,treatment time and coupling media on the effective heating depth EHD of a 915 MHz microwave applicator.Materials and Methods The tests were performed in Jiang's phantom and the temperature was measured by BSD probes.The treatment time was from 1~10 minute. The coupling media between the applicator and the phantom tissue were air,distal water(DW),tape water(TW),dilute saline(DS),normal saline (NS) and glycerin.Results With the same treatment distance the medium was the first important factor related to the EHD.The EHD of DW and TW were almost the same which were close to 3 cm.The EHD of air was less than 2 cm and those of NS and DS were between of water and air. The EHD of glycerin was as that of air. The EHD was not effected very much by changing the treatment distance from 1 cm to 32 cm or by changing heating time from 1~10 min when coupled with air. Conclusion Various treatment distance and treatment time do not influence the EHD.Water was the best coupling medium with the largest HD and surface cooling.
