V型斜视的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的 :探讨V型斜视不同术式的治疗效果。方法 :采用直肌附着点垂直移位及下斜肌部分切除两种方法治疗V型斜视。结果 :V型外斜视 12例采用直肌垂直移位术 ,术后原在位平均 - 5° ,向上平均 -15△ ,向下平均 - 8△ ,采用下斜肌部分肌除术 8例 ,术后原在位平均 - 5° ,向上平均 - 10 △ ,向下平均 - 5△ 。V型内斜视 8例采用下斜肌部分切除术 ,术后原在位平均 + 5° ,向上平均 + 8△ ,向下平均 + 16 △ ,采用直肌垂直移位术 ,术后原在位平均 + 10° ,向上平均 + 8△ ,向下平均 + 10 △ 。结论Objective:To explore the effects of different operations on “V” strabismus.Method:Vertical movement of the rectus attachment and partial excision of the inferior oblique muscle were used in the treatment.Results:Among the cases with “V” exotropia, 12 cases were performed vertical movement horizontal rectus, with the mean primary position of -5°,-15△ upward, -8△ downward postoperative; 8 cases were performed partial excision of inferior oblique muscle, with the mean primary position of -5°,-10△ upward,-5△ downward postoperative. Among the cases with “V” esotropia, 8 cases were performed partial excision of the inferior oblique muscle,with the mean primary position of +5°,+8△ upward, +16△ downward postoperative ; 4 cases were performed vertical movement horizontal rectus, with the mean primary position of +10°,+8△ upward, +10△ downward. Conclusion: Patients with “V” strabismus can get good effect by these two methods.
