摘　　要：目的 :分析中晚期肝癌TAI+TAE治疗的临床效果。材料与方法 :作者总结分析 2 6例 42次中晚期肝癌的TAI+TAE的疗效。 2 6例中 ,男性 2 2例 ,女性 4例 ,年龄 35～ 72岁。结果 :2 6例中晚期肝癌介入治疗后症状与体征均有明显的好转和改善 ,肿瘤有不同程度的缩小 ,近期疗效显著。结论 :肝癌的治疗方法是在不断地发展 ,但就目前来讲 ,综合治疗是发展的方向 。Purpose:Analyzing the clinical effect of TAI+TAE therapy of middle and late period carcinoma of liver.Materials and Methods:The authors analysed the clinical effect of 42 times (26 cases) with middle and late period carcinoma of liver.There were 22 males and 4 Females,The age of the patients ranged from 35 to 72 years.Results:The symptoms and signs of 26 cases have been improved obviously after interventional therapy.Tumors had different level of diminution.Short term effects are obvious.Conclusion:The therapy of carcinoma of liver is under continuous development.In present,comprehensive treatment is direction of development,and interventional therapy is the main measure.
