非上皮性膀胱肿瘤影像表现(附10例分析)

摘　　要：目的 :探讨非上皮性膀胱肿瘤的诊断。材料和方法 :对近 8年 10例经手术病理证实的非上皮性膀胱肿瘤的影像表现及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :除横纹肌肉瘤增强明显状如葡萄、平滑肌瘤边缘清晰光滑、副神经节瘤可多发有参考作用外 ,大多数非上皮性膀胱肿瘤影像无特殊征象。结论 :多数非上皮性膀胱肿瘤单就影像表现诊断困难 ,需结合临床资料 ;有些病例术前无法诊断 。Purpose: To evaluate the clinical imaging manifestation in the diagnosis of the non epithelial mass of bladder. Materials and Methods: Ten cases of non epithelial mass of bladder, which pathologically proved after surgical procedure, were investigated by retrospective analysis of the clinical data and imaging manifestations. Results: CT scan demonstrated characteristic botryoid enhancement in rhabdomyosarcoma. Smooth and well defined border was observed in leiomyoma, while multiple lesions might emerge in the patient with paraganglioma. Except the upper 3 kinds of manifestations helped the diagnosis, there were no characteristic imaging findings in most of the cases with non epithelial mass of bladder. Conclusion: Most cases of non epithelial mass of bladder are difficult to determine with the radiological examination alone, an accurate procedure of diagnosis should be the combination of clinical investigations and radiological examination. In some cases a biopsy procedure is recommended for pathological evidence.
