摘　　要：高校电子阅览室以其健康新颖的电子资源 ,便利的阅览条件以及优雅宁静的学习环境吸引着高校众多读者 ,成为高校精神文明建设的重要窗口。工作人员必须提高自身素质、制作健康新颖的电子资源、美化阅览环境、优质服务、正确引导读者 。Electronic reading room in colleges and universities attracts a great number of readers with its novel and healthy electronic resources,convenient reading conditions,and elegant, quiet studying environment.It has become an important window of the construction of college spiritual civilization.The faculty must improve their own qualities,create novel and healthy electronic resources,beautify reading environment,better their service and guide readers properly so as to bring electronic reading room into full play as the window of the construction of college spiritual civilization.
