摘　　要：网络文化是信息时代的一种新型文化 ,在当代人们的物质生活和精神生活中起着越来越重要的作用。网络文化是高科技和社会文化相结合的产物 ,具有许多新的特点和优点 ,对传统文化形成了巨大的冲击和挑战。然而 ,网络文化也存在着相当多的不可忽视的局限性。我们应当扬长避短 ,发挥网络文化的长处 ,克服网络文化的弱点和局限性。Network culture is a new type of culture in the information age, which plays increasingly important role in people's material and spiritual life. Network culture is the combination of high technology and social culture since it has new features and advantages of its own. It also challenges the traditional culture and forms a sharp contrast with the latter. However, network culture has many limitations which cannot be neglected. Thus, its favorable factors should be maximized while unfavorable ones minimized.
