摘 要:目的 研究酸预处理玻璃微粉对其表面特性的影响。方法 以醋酸水溶液处理玻璃微粉 ,利用粒子尺寸分析仪、比表面积分析仪、扫描电镜 (SEM )和X射线光电子能谱 (XPS)等技术手段 ,研究玻璃微粉表面特性与酸预处理的关系。结果 ①随着醋酸浓度增大或处理时间延长 ,玻璃微粉粒径和表面Ca2 + 相对浓度减小、比表面积增大 ;②经 5 %醋酸预处理 6 0min的玻璃微粉颗粒呈圆钝状 ,表面可见坑凹或孔洞。结论 酸预处理玻璃微粉导致其粒径、比表面积、表面Ca2 + 相对浓度及形貌等表面特性的变化 ,进而会导致玻璃离子水门汀性能的改变。Objective To investigate the relationship between the surface characteristics of acid-pretreated glass powder and acid-pretreatment.Methods The glass powder was pretreated respectively by varying concentrations of acetic acid for 60 minutes.The relationship between the surface characteristics of acid-pretreated glass powder and acid-pretreatment were researched by some techniques of surface analysis,such as Centrifugal Particle Size Analyzer,Specific Surface Analyzer,SEM and XPS.Results ①The particle size and Ca 2+ relative concentration of the glass powder acid-pretreated decreased,but the superfacial area increased with rising acetic acid concentration and extending the length time of acid-pretreatment.②The surface appearance of the glass powder acid-pretreated by 5% acetic acid for 60min was round,and some holes was found on the surface of the glass powder.Conclusion Acid-pretreatment can result in the change of the surface characteristics,such as the particle size,superfacial area,Ca 2+ relative concentration and the surface appearance of the glass powder acid-pretreated by acetic acid.So the powder may influence progressively the properties of glass ionomer cements.
