摘　　要：目的　观察NPG合金用于冠桥修复的临床效果。方法　从门诊患者中选择 2 8例 ,共制作修复体 49单位 ,一年后复查通过临床检查和患者主观评价观察临床效果。结果　临床检查和X线检查所有修复体均达到良好的修复效果 ,患者主观评价显示 ,所有患者均无牙龈或口腔粘膜感觉异常 ,无口腔异味。结论　NPG合金修复效果较好 ,适用于冠桥修复。Objective To obserue the prosthetic effects of NPG crown and bridge clinically.Methods There were 28 patients in the study and 49 units of NPG crown and bridge were observed after one year though clinical methods and patient's questionnaires.Results The clinical effect of all units were satisfactory and all patients had no abnormal feelings or odor taste in their mouth.Conclusion NPG alloy has good prosthetic effect used in crown and bridge.
