瞬目反射对颅神经型格林巴利综合征的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨瞬目反射 (blinkreflex ,BR )对颅神经型格林巴利综合征 (Guillain Barr啨Syndrome ,GBS)的诊断价值。方法　将 7例颅神经型GBS进行BR检测并与正常对照组进行比较。结果　与对照组相比 ,GBS组BR包括R1、R2i、R2c、M波潜伏期和波幅及R1颅内段传导时间 (R1CT)的差异均具有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　BR结合颜面肌电图对颅神经型GBS有重要诊断价值 ,为临床鉴别诊断提供客观依据。Objective To study diagnostic significance of blink reflex(BR) in cranial Guillain Barré Syndrome (cGBS). Methods A comparative study was carried out on BR in 7 cGBS cases and 39 normal subjects.Results As compared with controls,the cGBS group showed significant differences on latency and amplitude of R 1,R 2i , R 2c component of BR,M wave and R 1 conduction time (R 1CT) inside the cranial part(P< 0.001 ). Conclusion The result suggested that BR and facial electromyogram were of great significance in the diagnosis of cGBS and might provide an objective index for clinical differential diagnosis.
