摘　　要：目的探讨 p2 7基因在宫颈癌中表达的临床病理意义。方法用链霉菌亲生物素 -过氧化酶法检测宫颈癌中 p2 7蛋白表达。结果p2 7蛋白高表达率在宫颈癌中为 19% (9/48) ,而正常宫颈组织中均为高表达。细胞分化程度中 ,Ⅰ级的 p2 7蛋白高表达率明显高于Ⅱ级及Ⅲ级 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;不伴淋巴结转移的 p2 7蛋白高表达率 3 2 %(8/2 5 ) ,明显高于伴有淋巴结转移的p2 7蛋白表达率 4% (1/2 3 ) (P <0 .0 5 )。结论p2 7与宫颈癌的发生、分化程度及淋巴结转移有关 ,对p2ObjectiveTo investigate the clinicopathological significance of p27 gene expression in cervical carcinomas. Method Expression of p27 protein was examined in paraffin embedded sections of cervical carcinomas by conjugated streptavidin-peroxidase method. Results High expression rates of p27 protein were 19%(9/48) in cervical carcinomas, while those in normal cervical tissue were 100%(18/18)(P<0.05). In differentiation grade, the frequency of high p27 protein expression in well-differentiated samples (50%) was significantly higher than that in moderate-differentiated samples (13%) and poorly-differentiated samples (7%) (P<0.05). The frequency of high p27 protein expression in cervical carcinomas with lymph node metastasis (4%;1/23) was significantly lower than that without lymph node metastasis (32%;8/25)(P<0.05). Conclusions p27 gene is related to the occurrence , differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis of cervical carcinoma. Detection of p27 protein expression can provide referential criteria for its diagnosis and clinical comprehensive therapy.
