摘　　要：管理上水平必须实现管理创新。通过管理创新提高管理水平有六个层级。企业需要有效地运用好市场需求变化、竞争变化、社会文化和政治变化 ,以及企业内部成本、人才、科技的变化来推动管理的发展 。Management must be innovated to arrive at a new level.There are six aspects to improve it by the innovation of management.In order to accelerate the development of management and raise the management to a higher level,enterprises should effectively put practic the variations of market demands,competition,social culture,political background and the variation of enterprise's interior cost talents and technology.
