硅谷——高技术与新制度的完美结合

摘　　要：硅谷高技术产业成功的根源既不能单纯地归结为技术创新，亦不能单纯地归纳为制度创新，而应归结为高技术与创新制度的完美结合。硅谷的技术优势已被广泛认同，本文着重从生产结构、企业内部组织制度和“产学关系”三个角度概括硅谷的主要制度优势。硅谷模式对我们的重要启示是：深化经济体制改革、创新企业内部组织制度、培育风险资本市场是推动我国高技术产业健康、快速发展的最为紧迫的任务。Technological innovation itself can not lead to the great success of Hi－tech industry of Silicon Valley． Neither can institutional innovation do． Instead, the success lies in the perfect combination of Hi－tech and new institution． The technological advantages of Silicon Valley are widely acknowledged． This paper tries to find out the main institutional advantages of Silicon Valley． According to the development model of Silicon Valley, we may draw great inspiration that if our country wants to improve Hi－tech industry rapidly and properly, we must deepen the economic reform, innovate interior institutions and foster market of venture capital．
